Lewis Retail Centers is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Caron from Vice President Retail Leasing to Senior Vice President – Commercial Development. Ken has been with Lewis for more than 20 years and has held many leadership roles within the retail development and leasing departments.
In his new role, Ken will be responsible for directing all activities related to retail development including entitlements, construction, leasing, marketing, and property management.
Ken attended The University of Oregon and came to Lewis after working with The Carrington Company as Vice President of leasing, acquisitions, and development.
During his tenure here, Ken has been instrumental in all aspects of new development including negotiating leases, attracting new users to the portfolio, and shaping the tenant mix within the portfolio.
