Fairview Plaza Project Update: Vallejo, CA Moving Full Speed Ahead

Momentum continues to build at Fairview Plaza in Vallejo, California, and the numbers on site tell the story. Construction is progressing well across every phase of the project, from the Costco warehouse to the shops buildings to the roads that will connect the center to the surrounding community. Site Work and Costco Progress

Vallejo continues with site improvements, with the paving operation set to commence next month. The Costco warehouse building envelope is nearly complete, a major milestone for the center. The fuel station canopy and underground tanks are now installed, and site improvements continue to move forward on schedule.

Shops 1 and 2 Taking Shape

Foundations and slab on grade for Shops 1 and 2 are 90% complete, and framing on Shops 1 is now 50% complete as of this writing. Below is a look at the framing progress on Shops 1 so far.

Offsite Improvements

Offsite road widening is 90% complete, with construction of the bridge set to begin next week, another important step toward getting the full center open to the public.

Opening Timeline

Costco is slated to open on Friday, November 6th, 2026, with the fuel station opening in late October 2026. The rest of the center is tracking for a first quarter 2027 opening.

Confirmed Tenants
