This month, Ken Caron, the Senior Vice President of Commercial Development at Lewis Retail Centers joined Mike Tohikian on an episode of the Hot Spotting Real Estate Podcast. Ken shared some background on when and how Lewis started 65 years ago as home builders. Fast forward to today, and while Lewis no longer builds homes, they do build multifamily and planned communities. Ken got started with the Lewis team a little over 20 years ago. After a day-long interview process, he got offered the role of Junior Leasing Representative and continued onwards and upwards from that role to where he is today.
