A Major Milestone: Moreno Valley Town Center Project Officially Approved

Celebrating a Transformational Moment for Lewis Retail Centers and the City of Moreno Valley

The 70-acre site, acquired by the City in 1985 and vacant ever since, is set to become a dynamic, walkable town center where people can live, work, shop, dine, and connect. As the selected development partner, for Lewis Group of Companies is honored to help bring this long-awaited vision to life.

Key components of the Moreno Valley Town Center will include:

• Up to 800 new residential units, including 100 affordable homes
• A 106-room hotel
• A 16-acre retail center featuring shops, restaurants, and community spaces
• Nearly 5 acres of green parkland for the community

This project represents a new era for Moreno Valley and is a direct result of the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of so many talented individuals across our team and partners.
