A New Milestone for Arboretum Marketplace as Construction Moves Forward FONTANA, Calif. Arboretum Marketplace has reached an important milestone. The site is cleared and fully entitled, and offsite construction is now underway for the future 74,000-square-foot neighborhood center in North Fontana. Located on Sierra Avenue just south of the I-15, Arboretum Marketplace is moving from plans on paper to visible progress on the ground. The center will serve the growing communities surrounding the project, including The Arboretum and Sierra Lakes, where more than 4,300 homes are planned and over 2,400 are already sold or leasing. More Shopping and Dining Coming to North Fontana Wings and Rings is one of the latest additions to the center. The family-friendly sports restaurant currently has two California locations, in Rancho Cucamonga and Modesto, making the future Fontana restaurant its third in the state. Nothing Bundt Cakes will also bring the brand to North Fontana for the first time. Its current Fontana bakery is located on Slover Avenue, making Arboretum Marketplace a convenient new option for families in the northern part of the city. And there is more to come. A coffee concept and another restaurant are currently lease pending, with additional shop spaces still available. A Growing Tenant Lineup With entitlements complete and offsite work underway, the next chapter for Arboretum Marketplace has officially begun. The center will be anchored by Stater Bros. Markets, bringing a full-service grocery store closer to surrounding North Fontana neighborhoods. McDonald’s, Pacific Dental, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Wings and Rings are also part of the growing lineup. What’s Next for Arboretum Marketplace Offsite work is the first step, and the site will continue to change as construction progresses.
