Damonte Ranch Town Center Reaches 100% Occupancy

Lewis Retail Centers is proud to announce that Damonte Ranch Town Center in Reno, Nevada has achieved full occupancy, marking a significant milestone for this premier shopping destination.

Spanning 50 acres with 492,000 square feet of retail space, Damonte Ranch Town Center serves as the commercial hub for the 1,962-acre Damonte Ranch master-planned development. The center is anchored by major retailers including Home Depot, RC Willey Home Furnishings, and Safeway, alongside a diverse mix of specialty retailers, restaurants, and service providers.

The center’s recent leasing success has been driven by an influx of exciting dining options. In January, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill made its Northern Nevada debut at Damonte Ranch Town Center. This opening was followed by several other restaurant additions including Poke N Go, Tofu House, Roberto’s Taco Shop, and The Brass Tap, all enhancing the center’s dining offerings.

The leasing momentum continues with Slim Chickens currently under construction and on track for a summer opening. West Coast Sourdough will complete the tenant list later this year, establishing their fourth location within Lewis Retail Centers’ portfolio and their first franchise in Northern Nevada.
